Villa Madera No 3 is located overlooking the beautiful Maderas beach to the south and the endless Pacific Ocean to the west, where you will be able to enjoy the spectacular Pacific sunsets. These views and sunsets will take your breath away as you relax on the front porch in the gentle breeze. You can follow a path through the trees to arrive at the beach in a short 2 minute walk. Here you will find the famous waves that have been reported in many surfer magazines over the years. These waves will test your surfing and body boarding skills to the max. After your hard workout on the beach, you will be able to put your photography skills to the test, as you try to catch all the activity of the monkeys living in the trees right next to this house. When you aren’t enjoying the beach or the view, a 20 minute drive will take you into San Juan del Sur, where you can enjoy shopping, fantastic restaurants, and the nightlife.

Villa Madera No 3 has two bedrooms, each with ample room and a separate bathroom for each, a living area with room for two sitting areas, and a spacious front porch to hang your hammock on. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove and an outside area behind the house for an outside bar-b-q. An outside shower is attached to the house, for easy clean-up of the sand and salt from the ocean. Surrounding the house is wooded area where you can walk to enjoy the Nicaraguan flora and fauna.

This house is currently unfurnished and will be rented on a monthly basis. There are the options of furnishing the house yourself or, if the lease is a long enough term, renting the house at a higher price and it will be furnished for you. You can get to this house in smaller cars, but on the rainy days, 4x4 will be necessary to get up the hill. From the house, you can get a cell phone signal in order to call out if necessary. Currently the caretakers live a little distance away in another house, but will be available to take care of any needs the house may have.
