Villa Madera No 1 is located overlooking the beautiful Maderas beach with a view of the very popular curved rock caught in so many photos. The colorful sunsets will take your breath away as you relax on the front porch in the gentle breeze. You can follow a path through the trees to arrive at the beach in a short 2 minute walk and normally enjoy the ocean all by yourself. The famous waves of Maderas, which break a few meters south of where this Villa is located, will test your surfing and body board skills to the max. When you aren’t enjoying the beach or the view, a 20 minute drive will take you into San Juan del Sur, where you can enjoy shopping, fantastic restaurants, and the nightlife.

Villa Madera No 1 is fully furnished and has three air conditioned bedrooms, each bedroom sleeping two persons, with a total of 6 persons for the house. There are two bathrooms within the house, along with an outside shower to rinse off the sand and salt from the ocean. This house has a fully stocked kitchen, with a refrigerator, stove, and dishes. The living area opens up with many doors and windows to allow the ocean breeze to cool off the warm afternoons. There is also a separate covered sitting area where you can sit to enjoy the rainy days without getting wet. Behind the house is a path you can walk along to try to catch all the activity of the families of monkeys living nearby. Direct TV is installed in the house and a parking area for two vehicles is to the side of the house.

This house is available for rent over the weekend, by the week, or by the month. You can get to this house in smaller cars, but on the rainy days, 4x4 will be necessary to get up the hill. From the house, you can get a cell phone signal in order to call out if necessary. There is a family that lives up a hill behind this house to help take care of all the needs of the property such as cleaning, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring the security of the house. The family can cook and clean daily at your expense if you desire.
